Adult Waiver License Course in Virginia: get your license with no DMV road test

If you are 18 or older and have never held a driver's license, Virginia lets you skip the DMV road skills test by completing a driver education program with a DMV-licensed driving school. Royal Driving School's Adult Waiver License Course gives you the behind-the-wheel training you need, and then your license is processed with no DMV road test. It also waives the 60-day learner's permit waiting period.
